On performance days, the Jackson Hall box office opens 60 minutes prior to show time for all ticketed events.
If you purchased tickets to a Nashville Ballet performance at TPAC, your tickets are available to download through TPAC’s mobile Concierge App. The TPAC Concierge App is available to download for free through the App Store on your mobile device. Prior to your performance, please log into your account to access mobile tickets on your device.
Are you experiencing issues logging into the TPAC Concierge App? Try one of the following steps.
1.) When logging into the TPAC Concierge App, use the same email and password that you used on TPAC.org when you purchased your tickets online. If you purchased your tickets over the phone or in person, use the same email address to which your order confirmation was sent. This is likely to be the same email address where you receive emails from Nashville Ballet and the School of Nashville Ballet.
2.) If you cannot remember your password, click the “Forgot Login” button when prompted to enter your login information. You will be requested to enter your email address to receive password reset instructions via email.
3.) If you are still experiencing issues with TPAC’s mobile Concierge App, please contact the TPAC Box Office at Box Office@TPAC.org or call 615-782-4040.

Promo codes must be applied before adding seats to your shopping cart. If you have already selected seats, you must empty your shopping cart before applying the promo code.
To apply a promo code, type the code in the “Enter Promo Code & Submit" box at the top right of the screen on the performance's purchase page, accessible after clicking the Buy Tickets button at NashvilleBallet.com or TPAC.org.

PICKING UP TICKETS
As of February 10, we are unable to print tickets at the Martin Center; tickets can still be purchased at the Martin Center during box office hours. Please visit TPAC during box office hours up until the time of the performance for printed tickets. Patrons who have lost or misplaced tickets or mixed up dates of attendance should report to the box office window where tickets can be reprinted or dates exchanged (if seating is available). Patrons may also call 615-297-2966 x710 for assistance.

TICKET DONATIONS
We are not accepting ticket donation requests for the 2025-2026 Season at this time. Nashville Ballet is proud to support the wonderful work of many charitable organizations in Middle Tennessee by donating performance tickets for silent auctions.
Nashville Ballet does not accept ticket donation requests by mail, email, or phone. Requests must be made through the official online request form at least 4 weeks prior to the eligible organization's event. BUYERS BE AWARE
NASHVILLEBALLET.COM and TPAC.ORG are the official websites for buying tickets for shows at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center and Nashville Ballet Studio A. You can also buy tickets at the TPAC Box Office downtown or by calling (615) 782-4040.
Scalpers (third-party sellers) sell tickets mostly on speculation and often at inflated prices on websites that may mimic Nashville Ballet or TPAC’s look. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources cannot be guaranteed. They may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit and if so are void.
Customers who have had an unfortunate experience with third-party sellers should first contact TPAC at BoxOffice@TPAC.org or (615) 782-4040 to speak with a member of Box Office Management.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that a performance is canceled, Nashville Ballet offers NO REFUNDS. The event, date, time, guest artists, and repertoire of all performances are subject to change. Tickets are valid only for the event and for the seats for which they are issued.
