BIO
Joe Parker began dancing at the age of three. He trained at Buckingham Dance Studios and Colours of Dance before being accepted into the Royal Ballet School’s Junior Associates and later, its Lower and Upper Schools. During his time there, he created the role of Mamillius in Christopher Wheeldon’s The Winter’s Tale with The Royal Ballet and performed in major productions including The Nutcracker, Cinderella, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Romeo & Juliet, and Onegin. Joe was also selected as a Kenneth MacMillan Emerging Choreographer, with his work Who Knows the Dark? featured in the Royal Opera House’s Next Generation Festival.
His performance highlights include Remembrance by Joshua Junker and Trepak in The Nutcracker with Birmingham Royal Ballet at the Royal Albert Hall, a role he recalls as both exhilarating and deeply rewarding.
Beyond ballet, Joe is a passionate musician, writing and producing his own songs. He also enjoys sketching, painting, and exploring new places whenever he can.
