The deadline to submit your organization's ticket request is Friday, November 3.

Please make sure anyone receiving a ticket understands how important it is that they attend the performance and use the tickets they requested. We track ticket usage to ensure none go to waste. This will help maintain your status in our Holiday Magic program and allow us to fulfill as many ticket requests as possible.

Your request will be reviewed for approval on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will be distributed accordingly for the performance date that has enough space to accommodate approved requests. Due to limited ticket inventory, ticket exchanges cannot be accommodated.
Ticket packets will be available for pick up Monday, November 13 through Wednesday, November 22 at the front desk of The Martin Center for Nashville Ballet (3630 Redmon Street, Nashville, TN 37209). If you are unable to pick up your packet during this time, please contact Briona Richardson ( to make other arrangements.

If you do not distribute all tickets, please contact Briona Richardson ( no later than Wednesday, November 29 to arrange for these tickets to be returned.

Holiday Magic tickets are requested by more agencies than we are able to award. Please help us understand more about your organization and how these tickets will benefit your clients.

Check your preferred performance date and time. If you select multiple dates, Nashville Ballet will assign approved tickets to the performance with the best availability.
When determining the total number of seats requested, please keep in mind that Holiday Magic is designed for underserved youth and adults. A caregiver or staff member may accompany the requesting agency's clients, but tickets must be designated for these individuals as well. Every attendee requires a ticket for admittance to the theater, including children of all ages.
Holiday Magic tickets are usually located in the upper levels of the theater, which may be accessed by elevator, but are not wheelchair accessible. Out of the total number of seats requested, please indicate how many seats are needed for those with physical limitations.

Through generous support from donors like Mall of Green Hills, Dollar General and Publix, our Holiday Magic program is able to distribute approximately 2,500 tickets to Nashville Ballet’s production of Nashville’s Nutcracker to underserved youth and adults throughout the community.
