Nashville Ballet’s HOLIDAY MAGIC Program
This year, Nashville Ballet will provide 2,000 complimentary tickets to Nashville's Nutcracker through our Holiday Magic program. We work with more than 40 local social service organizations to distribute free tickets to the communities and constituents that they serve. To learn more about the Holiday Magic program or to add your organization to our list of contacts, contact Senior Manager of Community Engagement Briona Richardson at brichardson@nashvilleballet.com or 615-297-2966 x111.
2025 Holiday Magic Guidelines
Due to a high volume of requests and limited ticket inventory, your request will be reviewed for approval on a first-come, first-served basis.
ELIGIBILITY
Requests must be made through the official online request form (below) until 11:59 p.m. on October 27, 2025.
The requestor must represent or be affiliated with a registered 501(c)(3) organization and be prepared to provide documentation if asked.
When applying for tickets, please keep in mind that the Holiday Magic program is designed for underserved youth and adults. A caregiver or staff member may accompany the requesting organization’s constituents, but tickets must be designated for these individuals as well. Every attendee requires a ticket for admittance to the theater, including children of all ages.
Nashville Ballet directly supports organizations and does not extend tickets to third-party fundraisers.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Those selected, individuals and organizations, will be notified via email by November 11, 2025. If the requestor meets eligibility guidelines and Holiday Magic tickets are available, the response email will include the performance dates and times and redemption instructions.
Ticket Retrieval
Organizations now have the option of sharing the link below with their constituents so they can complete their own ticket request individually. Constituents will need to provide the name of the organization they are affiliated with when completing the ticket request form.
Organizations completing this form on behalf of a group or individuals (individuals that do not want to disclose their personal information) must use the organizational contact as the requestor on the Administrative Form. The designated contact person will be responsible for picking up the tickets from the Martin Center for Nashville Ballet and distributing them directly to the participating individuals or families before the performance. Tickets will be available for pick-up from the Martin Center for Nashville Ballet (3630 Redmon St.), November 11–25, M-F, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Sat. 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Individual ticketholders will pick up their tickets at Will Call on the day of their performance. Will Call is located in the Lobby of TPAC’s Jackson Hall and will open 90 minutes prior to the start of the performance time. Ticketholders will be asked to present their ID at Will Call to collect their tickets.
Note: All communication for the performance will be sent to the email of the organizational contact. It is the responsibility of the organizational contact to relay performance reminders and information on parking, pre-performance activities, and more to ensure a positive experience at the theater.
For organizations that would still like to request tickets on behalf of their constituents (i.e. for confidentiality reasons, attending as a group, bringing minors, etc.), this option is still available. Please fill out the form below to complete your request. If you have questions, please contact Briona Richardson at brichardson@nashvilleballet.com.
Please make sure anyone receiving a ticket understands how important it is that they attend the performance and use the tickets they requested. We track ticket usage to ensure that none go to waste. This will help maintain your status in our Holiday Magic program and allow us to fulfill as many ticket requests as possible.
Requests will be reviewed for approval on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to limited ticket inventory, ticket exchanges cannot be accommodated.
If you are unable to use your tickets, please contact Briona Richardson at brichardson@nashvilleballet.com or 615-297-2966 x111 so they can be redistributed.
