Benjamin Moss discovered his passion for dance at the age of six. He began training at his local school in Sydney Australia, North Shore Dance Academy. He then spent 2 years at The Australian Ballet School in Melbourne where he further refined his technique under the guidance of Sergey Konstantinov. Ben then moved back to Sydney to continue his training with Hillary Kaplan and Archiebald Mckenzie, where he had the opportunity to travel to Switzerland and compete in the 2023 Prix De Lausanne.
Ben then moved from Australia to Toronto, Canada, in 2023 where he joined the Company Life Program at Canada's National Ballet School. Some highlights from his time there include honoring Mavis Staines by performing a solo at the 2025 Dance Magazine Awards in New York, choreographed on him by James Kudelka. He also got to travel to Rotterdam for the Holland Dance Festival and Nice, France, for a festival hosted by Rosella Hightower Ecole.
In 2025, Ben accepted a contract with the Sarasota Ballet in Florida where he performed numerous roles with the Company including soloist roles in the World Premiere of Jessica Lang's Lorenz Butterfly and Ashley Page's Scorched Sky, as well as Sir Fredrick Ashton's Valse Nobles and Jazz Calendar, and Balanchine's Stars & Stripes, Divertimento No. 15, Mozartiana, and many more.
Ben joined Nashville Ballet in 2026 as a Company Artist.
