After completing two years as an apprentice at CDT, he went on to a year of study on full scholarship at the School of American Ballet. While there, he danced the principal role in Atonement by Canadian choreographer Josh Bemish as part of the New York City Ballet's Choreographic Workshop.

Veach attended The Julliard School Summer Dance Intensive in 2007. In the summer of 2008, he attended the Chautauqua Summer Dance Institute where he was awarded the Chautauqua Dance Circle Scholarship. In 2009, he received a full scholarship to the summer and year round programs at the School of American Ballet studying under Peter Martins, Jock Soto, Andrej Kramarevsky, Sean Lavery, Johnathan Stafford and Peter Frame.

After attending the Summer Intensive program at Nashville Ballet in 2010, he joined the company as an apprentice the same year, and was promoted to full company member in 2011.

His credits at Nashville Ballet include dancing Sugar Plum Cavalier and Snow King in Nashville Ballet Artistic Director & CEO Paul Vasterling’s Nashville’s Nutcracker, Dracula in Vasterling’s Dracula, Mercutio in Vasterling’s Romeo & Juliet, Dark Angel in George Balanchine’s Serenade and Jiří Kylián’s Petite Mort, as well as appearing as a soloist in the world premiere of Vasterling’s The Ben Folds Project. Veach has also performed in works choreographed by Christopher Bruce, Gina Patterson, Brian Enos and Christopher Stuart.

Veach is also dedicated to teaching the dancers of tomorrow. In fall 2016, he helped create Nashville Ballet's new Young Men's Scholarship Program, which provides tuition-free ballet training for males age 6-18, and serves as a Principal Instructor.
