Training and Education
Colburn Dance Academy, Boston Ballet
Jackson Bradshaw began training at Colburn School’s Dance Academy in 2014. There he was a part of a rigorous program led by Jenifer Ringer. He trained under James Fayette and Ringer and was fortunate to learn under many guest instructors including Benjamin Millepied, Wendy Whelan, Peter Boal and more.
From Colburn, Bradshaw joined Boston Ballet as a trainee in 2016. There he performed in Boston Ballet School’s annual Next Generation performance as well as in the corps of Le Corsaire, The Nutcracker and The Sleeping Beauty. After one year at Boston Ballet, Bradshaw was offered his current position as a company apprentice at Nashville Ballet.
While at Nashville Ballet, Bradshaw has danced in many productions including The Sleeping Beauty, Nashville’s Nutcracker, George Balanchine’s Western Symphony and Artistic Director Paul Vasterling’s Carmina Burana.
Bradshaw’s passion for dance stems from a deep affinity for music. He can play several instruments including guitar, piano, drums and bass. When he’s not in the studio, you can often find Bradshaw taking in Nashville’s rich live music scene at concerts in town.
