Bidding Before Ballet Ball
Online bidding will begin Friday, Jan. 18 at 9 a.m. CT.

Email Lexus@nashvilleballet.com with your name, cell phone number and current bid. Only bids of $250 increments will be accepted.

Those present at Ballet Ball will have the opportunity to bid in person throught the event.

You do not need to be present or attending Ballet Ball to continue bidding on the auction and win. 

If you will not be at Ballet Ball
Contact us before Friday, Feb. 1 at 5 p.m. at Lexus@nashvilleballet.com to place an absentee bid and assign a proxy bidder. Your email will authorize a proxy bidder to bid on your behalf to the maximum dollar amount you specify. If you do not have a proxy bidder identified, a Nashville Ballet staff member will be assigned to you. Your proxy bidder will bid on the auction and try to secure it on your behalf for the lowest possible bid -- never more than the amount you have authorized. Absentee bids, upon winning, are a binding agreement to purchase.

Bidding Closes
All bidding will close at Ballet Ball at 10:45 p.m. CT. You do not need to be present to win. 

The winner will be contacted by email by 11 p.m. CT, and must provide full payment by Monday, Feb. 4 in the form of check or credit card.

All proceeds from this auction benefit Nashville Ballet.
