Building on traditional ballet, contemporary and jazz concepts, your child will learn the youth choreography from Nashville Ballet's upcoming production of The Sleeping Beauty (September 23-24, 2017). This camp is designed to create a magical experience for young dancers by exploring the essential elements of a beloved story ballet before it takes the stage this fall. Children will present a short in-studio performance on their last day of camp.
School of Nashville Ballet students who are between 6 and 7 years old will have the opportunity to audition for The Sleeping Beauty with the choreography they learn at camp.
See the performance and go backstage!
Campers who attend a performance of The Sleeping Beauty (September 23-24, 2017) will be invited on an exclusive backstage tour to meet some of the fairytale characters they saw on stage. Families will have the opportunity to purchase select seats at 20% off, or they may buy a season ticket package to save 50% off children's tickets and up to 30% off adult tickets. Ticket discount information will be provided to families prior to camp.
