Out of pure curiosity, Sarah Souther enrolled in a yoga class in Tipperary, Ireland. Lying there amongst strangers feeling a sense of ease and invigoration, a passion was ignited. After a couple of years experimenting with various different styles, Ms. Souther became a regular practitioner of Vinyasa Flow, a reasonably swift-paced practice in which one moves from one pose to the next in harmony with the breath. It is a great mechanism for building stamina, strength and inner peace. In 2008, she completed her RYT 200-hour teacher training with Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico. She is also certified in Hatha yoga with an Iyengar alignment.
Ms. Souther teaches an invigorating class incorporating asana and pranayama styles. Music is a very important element in both her life and yoga classes, so she chooses soundtracks that promote grace, muster energy and aid relaxation.
