Allison Zamorski began training in 1989 with the Virginia Ballet Theatre. She graduated with honors from the Governor's School for the Arts in Norfolk, VA where she majored in ballet and modern.
She then came to Nashville to be a scholarship student in the School of Nashville Ballet under the Direction of Adam Sage. After dancing in Nashville Ballet 2 from 2000-2001, Allison was offered an apprenticeship, after which she was promoted into the Company. She danced with Nashville Ballet from 2002-2006 under Paul Vasterling and taught modern in the School of Nashville Ballet.
Since her retirement in 2006 she has taught ballet in the School of Nashville Ballet for ages 3 to adult. She also has worked with the Education and Outreach Dept. which reaches 30,000+ children throughout Middle Tennessee. Now as Assistant Ballet Master, Allison stages and rehearses work on both the Nashville Ballet and Nashville Ballet 2.
