At Nashville Ballet since 2001
Sadie Bo Harris began her training at Jordan Academy of Dance in her hometown of Indianapolis. She has since studied at The Harid Conservatory and Pacific Northwest Ballet.
Sadie first joined as a Professional Candidate (before Nashville Ballet 2 began) in 2001, and became an apprentice during the 2002 season. She has performed such lead roles with the company as Sugar Plum Fairy in Nashville's Nutcracker, Juliet in Romeo & Juliet, the "Chosen One" in Salvatore Aiello's Rite of Spring, Odette and Odile in Swan Lake and the title role in Giselle.
Sadie has been featured in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Carmina Burana from Paul Vasterling, Valse Fantaise and Who Cares? from George Balanchine, James Canfield's Trois Gnossiennes and Twyla Tharp's Sinatra Suite. She has also performed lead roles with Terpsicorps Theater of Dance in Asheville, NC.
Sadie is the current recipient of the Patricia Taylor Bullard Endowed Scholarship Fund at Belmont University, where she studies Social Entrepreneurship.
