Set and Costume Rental
Nashville Ballet offers sets and costumes for rent to other ballet and theater companies.
All sets are stored on-site in our warehouse in Nashville, Tenn., centrally located for shipping and easily accessible for viewing or rent. Many available sets accommodate various theater and stage sizes.
All costumes are professionally designed, created and maintained. Most offer multiple sizing options.
Costumes and sets come with guidelines or instructions for assembly.
Approval of all rental requests is at the discretion of Nashville Ballet’s Artistic Director & CEO.

Rental Guidelines
Organizations that rent from Nashville Ballet must supply a certificate of insurance for all rented items equivalent to the replacement value of said items.
Renter is responsible for all shipping arrangements and cost to and from Nashville Ballet storage facilities.
A cleaning deposit will be assessed for all costume rentals in addition to the rental fee. Renter is responsible for any and all royalties, music licensing, labor and other associated costs of production.
